{"id":10286,"date":"2021-05-25T12:00:14","date_gmt":"2021-05-25T17:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/?p=10286"},"modified":"2021-05-25T12:04:10","modified_gmt":"2021-05-25T17:04:10","slug":"urgen-horarios-flexibles-y-capacitacion-para-mujeres-en-la-industria-automotriz-mexicana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/urgen-horarios-flexibles-y-capacitacion-para-mujeres-en-la-industria-automotriz-mexicana\/","title":{"rendered":"Urgen horarios flexibles y capacitaci\u00f3n para mujeres en la industria automotriz mexicana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1612831943369\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2020\/04\/23\/motores_1.jpg_1093282975.jpg\" width=\"1120\" height=\"633\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium lazyload\" \/><noscript><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1612831943369\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2020\/04\/23\/motores_1.jpg_1093282975.jpg\" width=\"1120\" height=\"633\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>La industria automotriz debe trabajar en esquemas laborales flexibles y ambientes atractivos para que haya una mayor participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres, as\u00ed como dotarlas de capacitaci\u00f3n, pues se ha demostrado que a las mujeres \u201cno les gusta el ambiente laboral\u201d del sector que tiene un enfoque masculino, coincidieron funcionarias, empresarias y legisladoras.<\/p>\n<p>La industria automotriz debe trabajar en esquemas laborales flexibles y ambientes atractivos para que haya una mayor participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres, as\u00ed como dotarlas de capacitaci\u00f3n, pues se ha demostrado que a las mujeres \u201cno les gusta el ambiente laboral\u201d del sector que tiene un enfoque masculino, coincidieron funcionarias, empresarias y legisladoras.<\/p>\n<p>Claudia Ja\u00f1ez, presidenta del Consejo Ejecutivo de Empresas Globales (CEEG), lament\u00f3 que solo el 16% de las mujeres en M\u00e9xico se encuentren en un puesto ejecutivo y se pronunci\u00f3 porque las empresas definan horarios m\u00e1s flexibles para ellas, en especial a las madres de familiar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(A las mujeres en la industria automotriz) No les gusta el ambiente laboral, no es un ambiente creado para mujeres; la falta de balance de vida, que creo que esta pandemia nos hizo entender y regresar a las bases de que los hombres se dieran cuenta de la dificultad que es hacer 20 cosas al mismo tiempo, incluyendo el cuidado de ni\u00f1os y labores dom\u00e9sticas; adem\u00e1s, de la ausencia de horarios flexibles\u201d, coment\u00f3 la empresaria basado en un estudio de la consultor\u00eda Delloitte.<\/p>\n<p>Al participar en el primer foro organizado por la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Productores de Autobuses, Camiones y Tractocamiones (ANPACT), denominado \u201cEn el Camino de la Equidad de G\u00e9nero\u201d, la representante de las firmas extranjeras con representaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico cuestion\u00f3 la forma de trabajar para las mujeres, la cual est\u00e1 basado en horas-centavos en una oficina que por resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el evento, la secretaria de Econom\u00eda, Tatiana Clouthier, sostuvo que el mayor reto de la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en la industria automotriz es la capacitaci\u00f3n y la direcci\u00f3n de sus habilidades, como es el caso de la innovaci\u00f3n, para ser parte y transformar al sector que es motor de la econom\u00eda mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe piensa que la industria automotriz y m\u00e1s la pesada, es con m\u00e1s enfoque a la parte masculina. Sin embargo, debemos decir que las mujeres han sacado la casta y han probado ser muy meticulosas, detalladas y rendir mejores resultados. El reto aqu\u00ed queda, en lo que es la capacitaci\u00f3n, y sobre todo reorientaci\u00f3n de sus habilidades para tener mejores resultados\u201d, expuso la titular de Econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, Julio Santaella, titular del Inegi, lament\u00f3 que tras la pandemia, las mujeres son las que m\u00e1s impacto presentaron en materia laboral, al ser desempleadas, y \u201ccerca de un mill\u00f3n y medio de mujeres que laboraban no han regresado a buscar trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Santaella abund\u00f3 que 23 millones de mujeres participaban econ\u00f3micamente en la fuerza laboral, y actualmente se tiene el registro de solo 21.6 millones lo hacen.
