{"id":10300,"date":"2021-05-26T08:00:36","date_gmt":"2021-05-26T13:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/?p=10300"},"modified":"2021-05-26T10:10:12","modified_gmt":"2021-05-26T15:10:12","slug":"tres-tormentas-que-amenazan-al-sector-automotriz-de-mexico-en-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/tres-tormentas-que-amenazan-al-sector-automotriz-de-mexico-en-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Tres tormentas que amenazan al sector automotriz de M\u00e9xico en 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/resizer\/_GX6i5WBman1ZxsyOsTM9oM6C_4=\/800x0\/filters:format(jpg):quality(70)\/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com\/elfinanciero\/ALDDMAWVTJBU5EYQYN6P4GODOA.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium lazyload\" \/><noscript><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/resizer\/_GX6i5WBman1ZxsyOsTM9oM6C_4=\/800x0\/filters:format(jpg):quality(70)\/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com\/elfinanciero\/ALDDMAWVTJBU5EYQYN6P4GODOA.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>Este 2021, la industria automotriz en M\u00e9xico enfrenta tres amenazas que limitar\u00e1n su recuperaci\u00f3n, tras el impacto que le ocasion\u00f3 la pandemia del coronavirus, a pesar de que lentamente mejora la perspectiva econ\u00f3mica del mercado interno y la demanda de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>El encarecimiento que lleg\u00f3 a ser hasta 40 por ciento en el precio del acero, el desabasto de semiconductores en el mercado global y la creciente presi\u00f3n de Estados Unidos para renovar los contratos colectivos entre sindicatos y empresas del sector, que forman parte del Tratado M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC), ser\u00e1n las tres piedras en el zapato que afectar\u00e1n el desempe\u00f1o de las ensambladoras y sus proveedores en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstos factores s\u00ed pueden impactar el desempe\u00f1o de la industria, que de seguir as\u00ed recuperar\u00e1 los niveles previos a la pandemia hasta 2022, es decir, se proyecta que se ensamblen este a\u00f1o en M\u00e9xico menos de 3 millones de unidades\u201d, coment\u00f3 Brais Alvarez Gallardo, Automotive Account Manager de J.D. Power M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Esto ya caus\u00f3 que las armadoras en M\u00e9xico dejar\u00e1n de manufacturar 135 mil 845 autos en los primeros cuatro meses de 2021, es decir, alrededor de 12 por ciento de lo manufacturado entre enero y abril de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstos n\u00fameros podr\u00edan bajar hasta el segundo semestre del a\u00f1o, no necesariamente por un aumento en la proveedur\u00eda, sino porque al reducirse los casos de COVID-19 y que inicie el regreso de las actividades econ\u00f3micas y acad\u00e9micas, se reduce la demanda de electr\u00f3nicos, eso permitir\u00e1 tener una mayor oferta de semiconductores para el sector automotriz\u201d, dijo Alberto Bustamante, director de la Industria Nacional de Autopartes (INA).<\/p>\n<p>El mayor impacto en M\u00e9xico lo report\u00f3 General Motors con 39 mil 101 autos, seguido por Stellantis (antes Fiat Chrysler) con 36 mil 457 autos y Volkswagen con 25 mil 381.<\/p>\n<p>Brais Alvarez de J.D. Power M\u00e9xico dijo que es muy dif\u00edcil cambiar sistemas digitales a an\u00e1logos puesto que se requieren meses de planeaci\u00f3n para modificar l\u00edneas de ensamblado y no todos los modelos se pueden adaptar a sistemas an\u00e1logos, por el desabasto de los semiconductores.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/resizer\/yANEial51AUFcFLjkglgu7NyoIU=\/1440x0\/filters:format(jpg):quality(70)\/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com\/elfinanciero\/4BHUV5KBNRC2VFLWWHKY5U6VF4.jpg\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1790\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium lazyload\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/resizer\/yANEial51AUFcFLjkglgu7NyoIU=\/1440x0\/filters:format(jpg):quality(70)\/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com\/elfinanciero\/4BHUV5KBNRC2VFLWWHKY5U6VF4.jpg\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1790\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>Clima laboral, uno de los principales desaf\u00edos del T-MEC<\/p>\n<p>La modificaci\u00f3n de los contratos colectivos entre sindicatos y empresas de la industria, como parte de los acuerdos en materia laboral signados en el T-MEC gener\u00f3 presi\u00f3n en la estructura de costos de ensambladores y sus proveedores en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos un porcentaje bajo de convenios revisados en el sector, recordemos que bajo la nueva ley del trabajo nos quedan dos a\u00f1os para hacerlos, pero va muy lento este proceso, estamos a la mitad del tiempo, no hay que dejarlo de \u00faltimo momento y m\u00e1s ahora con la presi\u00f3n de Estados Unidos\u201d, explic\u00f3 Alberto Bustamante de INA.<\/p>\n<p>Esto sucede porque Estados Unidos pidi\u00f3 a M\u00e9xico, bajo el mecanismo de respuesta r\u00e1pida del T-MEC, revisar una presunta negaci\u00f3n a los trabajadores de General Motors en Guanajuato a ejercer su derecho de libre asociaci\u00f3n sindicalizada y la negociaci\u00f3n del contrato colectivo, lo mismo que habr\u00eda ocurrido en la autopartera Tridonex.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo da\u00f1a la imagen de M\u00e9xico, hay todo un procedimiento que debe ser solventado para llegar a determinar que se cometi\u00f3 una violaci\u00f3n a los compromisos establecidos en el tratado, adem\u00e1s son casos espec\u00edficos, no creo que podamos caer en una generalizaci\u00f3n (\u2026) M\u00e9xico tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 un caso contra la industria c\u00e1rnica de Estados Unidos y esto se inscribe dentro de la nueva normalidad de lo negociado de forma complementaria en el T-MEC\u201d, destac\u00f3 Guillermo Rosales, director general adjunto de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Distribuidores de Automotores (AMDA).<\/p>\n<p>El T-MEC permite no s\u00f3lo elevar aranceles, sino tambi\u00e9n el bloqueo de exportaciones de un pa\u00eds a otro pa\u00eds en la regi\u00f3n, si se reiteran violaciones laborales por parte de una manufacturera, de servicios o que involucre a la miner\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Acero hasta 40% m\u00e1s caro<\/p>\n<p>El incremento en el precio del acero entre 35 a 40 por ciento en lo que va del a\u00f1o ha afectado los costos operativos de la industria automotriz, la cual asegura que a\u00fan no lo refleja en el precio al consumidor, pero podr\u00eda aumentar los precios de sus veh\u00edculos si contin\u00faa esta escalada.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si sigue subiendo (el precio del acero)? Tendr\u00edamos una afectaci\u00f3n en el precio de las autopartes, sin embargo, preferimos esperar a ver c\u00f3mo se comporta en los siguientes meses para medir el impacto a la producci\u00f3n de autos\u201d, dijo Bustamante.<\/p>\n<p>Miguel Elizalde, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Productores de Autobuses, Camiones y Tractocamiones (ANPACT), destac\u00f3 que analizaron qu\u00e9 tanto afecta a la industria y si pueden hacer algo al respecto, como sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas nuevas reglas de contenido regional del T-MEC nos generan ciertas restricciones de d\u00f3nde podemos
