Para esos mercados, Nissan ha desarrollado una tecnolog\u00eda \u00abintermedia\u00bb llamada e-POWER, que ofrece conducci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica libre de enchufes y asistida por gasolina. Su lanzamiento en M\u00e9xico ya fue confirmado.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema e-POWER se estren\u00f3 en Jap\u00f3n hace 5 a\u00f1os y M\u00e9xico ser\u00e1 el primer pa\u00eds de la regi\u00f3n en recibirlo. Est\u00e1 compuesto por un motor el\u00e9ctrico que no necesita de una bater\u00eda enorme ni de tomas de corriente; su energ\u00eda proviene de un peque\u00f1o motor alimentado por gasolina, cuya misi\u00f3n no es impulsar las ruedas, sino generar energ\u00eda para que el motor el\u00e9ctrico sea el que mueva al veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>No se trata de un sistema de propulsi\u00f3n completamente libre de emisiones, pero su impacto ambiental es notablemente menor. Al usar gasolina para generar electricidad y no para impulsar las ruedas, el motor de combusti\u00f3n puede trabajar con mayor eficiencia. Adem\u00e1s, al no requerir de enchufes, el sistema e-POWER elimina la autonom\u00eda reducida y los largos tiempos de espera para carga de un auto el\u00e9ctrico tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>La confirmaci\u00f3n del lanzamiento de esta tecnolog\u00eda en M\u00e9xico se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n del 60\u00ba aniversario de Nissan en nuestro pa\u00eds. No se dieron a conocer detalles sobre cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el primer modelo en incluir esta tecnolog\u00eda, pero s\u00ed se asegur\u00f3 que estar\u00e1 disponible durante el segundo semestre de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los grandes candidatos a estrenas la tecnolog\u00eda e-POWER en nuestro pa\u00eds es el Nissan Kicks, que bajo especificaciones japonesas emplea un motor de tres cilindros y 1.2 litros para alimentar a una bater\u00eda de 1.57 kWh, que env\u00eda energ\u00eda al motor el\u00e9ctrico de 127 hp y 191 lb-pie.
