{"id":15815,"date":"2022-06-21T09:00:28","date_gmt":"2022-06-21T14:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/?p=15815"},"modified":"2022-06-20T12:49:23","modified_gmt":"2022-06-20T17:49:23","slug":"deficit-en-capacidad-de-energia-limpia-impediria-lograr-meta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/deficit-en-capacidad-de-energia-limpia-impediria-lograr-meta\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9ficit en capacidad de energ\u00eda limpia impedir\u00eda lograr meta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1655704910801\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2022\/06\/20\/fotovoltaico_especial.jpg_1147515590.jpg\" width=\"1120\" height=\"672\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium lazyload\" \/><noscript><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1655704910801\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2022\/06\/20\/fotovoltaico_especial.jpg_1147515590.jpg\" width=\"1120\" height=\"672\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el foro virtual de las Principales Econom\u00edas sobre Energ\u00edas y Acci\u00f3n, convocado por Estados Unidos, el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador ratific\u00f3 el compromiso de su gobierno para que en 2024 el pa\u00eds genere el 35% de la totalidad de su consumo de energ\u00eda de fuentes limpias y renovables, por lo que la actual administraci\u00f3n instalar\u00e1 2,085 gigawatts de energ\u00eda limpia, 34% menos de lo que se necesita para alcanzar esta meta, seg\u00fan expertos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos sumamos al compromiso colectivo de las principales econom\u00edas del mundo para alcanzar en 2030 el objetivo de producir de 50% veh\u00edculos con cero emisiones contaminantes. En nuestro caso ser\u00e1 fundamental el hecho de que hace apenas tres meses nacionalizamos el litio, un mineral estrat\u00e9gico en la elaboraci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas\u00bb, asever\u00f3 el primer mandatario mexicano quien inform\u00f3 que est\u00e1 en marcha una programa de modernizaci\u00f3n de 16 plantas hidroel\u00e9ctricas para renovar las turbinas e incrementar la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda limpia en 2,085 gigawatts al a\u00f1o, es decir, llegar a 6,255 gigawatts limpios adicionales al concluir el sexenio.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, para alcanzar la meta de 35% de generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica mediante energ\u00edas limpias, pasando del actual 29%, se requerir\u00e1 de una instalaci\u00f3n adicional de por lo menos 9,500 megawatts limpios al 2024, lo que implica una inversi\u00f3n de 10,000 millones de d\u00f3lares, unos 210,000 millones de pesos, monto que equivale a dos tercios del presupuesto para todas las actividades de la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE), por lo que el organismo no podr\u00e1 llegar a esta meta si se detiene el crecimiento de la inversi\u00f3n privada, seg\u00fan la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Energ\u00eda E\u00f3lica (AMDEE).<\/p>\n<p>A la vez la CFE s\u00f3lo tiene planes para la instalaci\u00f3n de 1,350 megawatts de energ\u00eda limpia en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan el Plan de Negocios de la estatal el\u00e9ctrica, pero de mucha m\u00e1s capacidad instalada de ciclos combinados que aumentar\u00eda en un m\u00ednimo de 60% el consumo de gas natural importado en ese lapso, arriesgando no s\u00f3lo la transici\u00f3n hacia fuentes renovables sino la soberan\u00eda energ\u00e9tica del pa\u00eds al depender de las importaciones de este combustible si se aprueba la reforma constitucional que inhibe la participaci\u00f3n privada en el sector.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que en M\u00e9xico se lleg\u00f3 en 10 a\u00f1os a una capacidad de 7,154 megawatts e\u00f3licos en operaci\u00f3n, que es 9% de la capacidad instalada del pa\u00eds, crecimiento que requiri\u00f3 inversiones de 2,500 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>En su exposici\u00f3n, el primer mandatario detall\u00f3 que est\u00e1 por iniciar en Puerto Pe\u00f1asco, Sonora, un parque solar fotovoltaico con una capacidad de generaci\u00f3n de 1,000 megawatts y que hace dos semanas se celebraron di\u00e1logos y compromisos con 17 empresas estadounidenses del sector energ\u00e9tico para garantizar inversiones destinadas a generar 1,854 megawatts de energ\u00eda solar y de energ\u00eda
