{"id":16115,"date":"2022-07-18T11:00:16","date_gmt":"2022-07-18T16:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/?p=16115"},"modified":"2022-07-15T12:05:29","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T17:05:29","slug":"la-ola-covid-19-y-el-sector-inmobiliario-frenan-de-manera-abrupta-el-crecimiento-de-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/la-ola-covid-19-y-el-sector-inmobiliario-frenan-de-manera-abrupta-el-crecimiento-de-china\/","title":{"rendered":"La ola Covid-19 y el sector inmobiliario frenan de manera abrupta el crecimiento de China"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1656048903081\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2022\/06\/24\/shutterstock_1779839939.jpg_1147515590.jpg\" width=\"1120\" height=\"672\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium lazyload\" \/><noscript><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1656048903081\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2022\/06\/24\/shutterstock_1779839939.jpg_1147515590.jpg\" width=\"1120\" height=\"672\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>La econom\u00eda china sufri\u00f3 un fuerte frenazo en el segundo trimestre de 2022, al punto de registrar su peor desempe\u00f1o desde 2020, a ra\u00edz de las restricciones sanitarias por el Covid-19 y la crisis que afecta al sector inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda econom\u00eda m\u00e1s grande del mundo tuvo un crecimiento interanual de 0.4% entre abril y junio, tras haber registrado 4.8% en el primer trimestre, seg\u00fan cifras oficiales divulgadas el viernes por la Oficina Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (ONE).<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de la cifra m\u00e1s baja desde el primer trimestre de 2020, cuando el covid-19 paraliz\u00f3 la actividad en China provocando una ca\u00edda de 6.8% del PIB.<\/p>\n<p>La desaceleraci\u00f3n se dio luego de que la ciudad m\u00e1s grande de China, Shangh\u00e1i, estuviera confinada durante dos meses para contener un brote de covid-19, lo que afect\u00f3 las cadenas de suministros y provoc\u00f3 el cierre de f\u00e1bricas.<\/p>\n<p>Pek\u00edn ha insistido en mantener su pol\u00edtica de cero covid, cuyo objetivo es erradicar los brotes del virus mediante cuarentenas y pruebas masivas, lo cual ha afectado duramente a la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abInternamente persiste el impacto de la pandemia\u00bb, dijo la ONE el viernes en un comunicado, se\u00f1alando la baja en la demanda y la interrupci\u00f3n en los suministros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl riesgo de estanflaci\u00f3n en la econom\u00eda mundial tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 aumentando\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 en la declaraci\u00f3n, que indic\u00f3 que las incertidumbres externas son cada vez mayores.<\/p>\n<p>China ha registrado solo una contracci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, y analistas esperan que con las \u00faltimas cifras, el crecimiento para este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 de alrededor de 4%, por debajo de las previsiones iniciales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abUn shock\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Si los mercados esperaban un repliegue, su alcance es \u00abun shock\u00bb, indic\u00f3 a la AFP el economista Rajiv Biswas, del gabinete S&amp;P Global Market Intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>Shangh\u00e1i sufri\u00f3 una ca\u00edda estrepitosa en el segundo trimestre, ya que su PIB se contrajo 13.7% interanual.<\/p>\n<p>Con este contexto, es \u00abdif\u00edcil de creer\u00bb en un crecimiento positivo a nivel nacional durante este periodo, seg\u00fan Julian Evans-Pritchard, economista del gabinete Capital Economics.<\/p>\n<p>El rebrote epid\u00e9mico se sum\u00f3 a las dificultades que ya experimentaba la econom\u00eda china: consumo d\u00e9bil, presi\u00f3n del gobierno contra varios sectores din\u00e1micos como el tecnol\u00f3gico, incertidumbre vinculadas a la guerra en Ucrania y una crisis del inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p>En junio, los precios de las viviendas nuevas volvieron a retroceder (-0.5% interanual), seg\u00fan la ONE.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata del segundo mes de ca\u00edda de este \u00edndice que toma en cuenta la media de los precios en 70 ciudades de China.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, \u00abun creciente n\u00famero de compradores dejan de reembolsar sus pagos mensuales a ra\u00edz de la desaceleraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y retrasos\u00bb de los promotores inmobiliarios en el avance de las obras o la entrega de llaves, subray\u00f3 la economista Betty Wang, del banco ANZ.<\/p>\n<p>Este aspecto de la crisis inmobiliaria es \u00abpreocupante\u00bb porque amenaza el sistema financiero, advirti\u00f3 el economista Zhiwei Zhang, del gabinete Pinpoint Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al desempleo, la tasa fue de 5.5% en junio contra 5.9% en mayo. Sin embargo aument\u00f3 con fuerza entre los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, la franja de 16-24 a\u00f1os (19,3%).<\/p>\n<p>China se fij\u00f3 como objetivo para este a\u00f1o un alza del PIB de \u00abcerca del 5.5%\u00bb, pero muchos economistas dudan de que sea alcanzado.<\/p>\n<p>Esta cifra de crecimiento ser\u00eda la m\u00e1s baja para China desde inicios de los a\u00f1os 1990, con excepci\u00f3n
