De acuerdo con la \u201cPrimera Encuesta 2022, Usuarios de Servicios de Telecomunicaciones\u201d, realizada por el Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT), el promedio de minutos al mes que utilizaron los mexicanos para llamar en 2021 fue de 209 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el crecimiento de l\u00edneas de este servicio sigue a la alza. Solo en diciembre de 2021 se registraron 125.9 millones de l\u00edneas del servicio m\u00f3vil de telefon\u00eda, representando un incremento de 2.9 millones con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Esto ocurre porque aunque los mexicanos ya no hablamos tantos minutos por tel\u00e9fono, lo que s\u00ed hacemos es consumir datos m\u00f3viles navegando en internet.<\/p>\n<p>La cantidad de datos que usan los usuarios<\/p>\n<p>El mismo estudio revela que el promedio de datos mensuales que utilizan los mexicanos fue de 5.5 GB, representando un incremento anual del 11%.<\/p>\n<p>La Encuesta Nacional Sobre Disponibilidad y Uso de las Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n en los Hogares (ENDUTIH, 2021) revel\u00f3 que el 89.2 % de las y los usuarios se conect\u00f3 todos los d\u00edas de la semana y 10.8%, al menos una vez a la semana o menos, siendo el smartphone el medio principal para acceder a internet.<\/p>\n<p>Y aunque la ENDUTIH muestra que la raz\u00f3n principal para usar internet es \u201cpara comunicarse\u201d, el medio preferido de los mexicanos es por mensajer\u00eda instant\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p>Los smartphones preferidos por los mexicanos<\/p>\n<p>Las principales variables de elecci\u00f3n para que los mexicanos adquieran un smartphone son: precio, capacidad de almacenamiento, procesador, resoluci\u00f3n de c\u00e1mara y duraci\u00f3n de bater\u00eda, de acuerdo con the Competitive Intelligence Unit (CIU).<\/p>\n<p>El 64% de los usuarios en M\u00e9xico considera que la variable m\u00e1s importante es el precio, pues en promedio, el gasto por dispositivo es de $4,328 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, el l\u00edder del mercado de smartphones en M\u00e9xico en 2021 fue Motorola, con un 29.4% de participaci\u00f3n de mercado.
