{"id":19286,"date":"2023-06-30T12:00:46","date_gmt":"2023-06-30T17:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/?p=19286"},"modified":"2023-06-30T12:55:43","modified_gmt":"2023-06-30T17:55:43","slug":"financiamiento-automotriz-cae-3-7-puntos-porcentuales-en-mayo-amda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/backup.primeaction.com\/sp\/financiamiento-automotriz-cae-3-7-puntos-porcentuales-en-mayo-amda\/","title":{"rendered":"Financiamiento automotriz cae 3.7 puntos porcentuales en mayo: AMDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1645811302931\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2022\/02\/25\/autos_p08_efecto_covid_02.jpg_1015297232.jpg\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium lazyload\" \/><noscript><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/__export\/1645811302931\/sites\/eleconomista\/img\/2022\/02\/25\/autos_p08_efecto_covid_02.jpg_1015297232.jpg\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>El financiamiento de veh\u00edculos ligeros redujo 3.7 puntos porcentuales a mayo, respecto al mismo periodo del 2022, al alcanzar la participaci\u00f3n de 55.3% contra el 59% que logr\u00f3 el a\u00f1o previo, impactado por el aumento de la venta de flotilla -que no depende de una financiera o banco para la compra-, report\u00f3 la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Distribuidores de Automotores (AMDA), JATO y Urban Scence.<\/p>\n<p>Al presentar el Reporte de Financiamiento y Compras de Veh\u00edculos Ligeros Nuevos a mayo del 2023, realizado por la AMDA, JATO y Urban Scence, Guillermo Rosales, presidente de los distribuidores precis\u00f3 que las minivans, los subcompactos y compactos lograron una participaci\u00f3n de financieras de marca superior a nivel nacional correspondiendo al 81%.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Ram\u00edrez, director de Uban Science Latinoam\u00e9rica, explic\u00f3 que el nivel nacional de 55.3% es resultado de que el financiamiento no ha llevado la misma din\u00e1mica que el resto de la actividad de la industria en ventas totales, si bien se incrementan los contratos de cr\u00e9dito, no se compara con la industria y queda relegado el financiamiento, pues hubo un impulso de las ventas de flotillas.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que derivado de la pandemia de Covid-19 y la falta de semiconductores, la venta de veh\u00edculos a trav\u00e9s de flotillas present\u00f3 retraso y ahora existe la mayor demanda en este segmento, lo que impacta a la adquisici\u00f3n v\u00eda financiamiento o banco.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDurante la pandemia hubo escasez de producto y la industria se enfocaba a atender a clientes individuales, y en cuanto hubo m\u00e1s inventario se surt\u00eda a flotillas y eso cambi\u00f3 con franca recuperaci\u00f3n con venta de flotillas en primer trimestre, es un efecto retardado. Ahora \u00e9ste se empieza a estabilizarse\u201d, dijo el directivo de Urban Scence.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a los plazos de financiamientos, la AMDA se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n de bancos se mantuvo en SUV, subcompactos, pick up y lujo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de que el plazo preferido de los consumidores fue a 60 meses, aunque en SUV el plazo de 72 meses fue el de mayor relevancia, expuso Luis Brizuela, director de Jato M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n de las financieras de marca present\u00f3 un avance en los segmentos de autos compactos, minivans, pick-ups, SUVs, deportivos y lujo; mientras que los bancos fortalecieron su participaci\u00f3n en el segmento de autos subcompactos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa participaci\u00f3n de los bancos fue igual o superior a la referencia nacional de 19% promedio en los segmentos de SUVs, subcompactos, pickups, deportivos y de Lujo. Por su parte, los segmentos de minivans, subcompactos y compactos registraron una participaci\u00f3n de financieras de marca superior o igual al nivel nacional promedio de 81%\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la AMDA coment\u00f3: \u201cAunque la participaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito en las compras totales a nivel nacional la participaci\u00f3n fue de 55.3% en el lapso de referencia, si se le quita el efecto de la compra de flotillas a \u00e9ste \u00edndice para quedar \u00fanicamente la venta al menudeo, el porcentaje se incrementa hasta 66.1%; siendo Sonora, Puebla y Chiapas las entidades donde sus adquirentes utilizan el financiamiento preferentemente sobre la compra en efectivo\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Reporte de
