Para Lucien justamente uno de los grandes desaf\u00edos es unificar la fuerza productiva de dos o m\u00e1s pa\u00edses: \u201cCuando hablamos de mercados diferentes en donde no pas\u00f3 al mismo tiempo es mucho m\u00e1s complicada la planeaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, Estados Unidos va en la curva del virus m\u00e1s adelantado que M\u00e9xico, eso hace pensar que ellos pueden arrancar las plantas de producci\u00f3n primero que nosotros, pero el detalle es que si nosotros vamos atr\u00e1s y no logramos salir, entonces las plantas de Chihuahua y de Irapuato, que producen motores y transmisiones que le suplen a las plantas norteamericanas, no podr\u00e1n arrancar si nosotros no estamos listos. Es un tema de planeaci\u00f3n muy complejo porque no depende de una unidad geogr\u00e1fica \u00fanica.\u201d<\/p><h2 style=\"font-style: normal;letter-spacing: normal;font-weight: bold;font-size: M\u00e9xico la industria nacional, de no haberse considerado como una actividad esencial y regresar a operar estar\u00eda en peligro de&nbsp;<a
